Privacy Policy

ErasmusToolPack respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through erasmustoolpack.eu, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

• Your email address — when you request the free Partner Evaluation Matrix or sign up for updates.
• Your name, email, and order details — when you buy the toolkit. Payment is processed by Gumroad; we never receive or store your card details.
• Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, recorded automatically in server logs by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
• Usage and behavioural data — if you consent to analytics and advertising cookies, we and our providers collect information about how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, on-page behaviour, approximate location, device and browser) to measure performance and advertising. See our Cookie Policy.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Under the GDPR we only process your data where we have a lawful basis to do so:

• To deliver the free matrix and send the emails you asked for — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To fulfil and support your purchase — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send occasional product updates — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To measure site performance and our advertising — your consent, given through our cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who process it on our behalf so we can run the service:

• MailerLite — manages our email list and sends our emails. Privacy policy.
• Gumroad — processes payment and delivers the paid toolkit. Privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website. Privacy policy.
• Google — the paid toolkit is delivered via a Google Drive link and the intake form is a Google Form; with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager also measure site usage. Privacy policy.
• Microsoft — with your consent, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand on-page behaviour. Privacy statement.
• Meta and other advertising platforms — with your consent, advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel, and platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, or X where used) measure ad performance and let us show you relevant ads. These providers may also process this data for their own purposes as independent controllers. Meta privacy policy.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the United States). Where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep it

• Email-list data — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Order records — for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet any legal or accounting obligations.
• Server logs — for a limited period set by our hosting provider.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to erase your data;
• restrict or object to how we process it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time; and
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

7. Children

This website and product are intended for professionals working on Erasmus+ projects. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and any material changes will be posted on this page.
