These terms apply when you buy and use the ErasmusToolPack Partner Search & Mobility Pipeline Toolkit. By purchasing, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
ErasmusToolPack is operated by Pierre Guez, based in Romania. You can reach us at office@marketingalchemists.com.
2. The product
The Partner Search & Mobility Pipeline Toolkit is a one-time digital product priced at €49. It is a set of downloadable Word and Excel files plus a Google Form, delivered as a ZIP download and a Google Drive folder link. It is a set of practical templates and tools — not a service, subscription, or consultancy.
3. Orders and payment
Purchases are handled through Gumroad, our payment and delivery provider. When you buy, Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that transaction. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). You are responsible for providing accurate details at checkout.
4. Delivery
Access is delivered instantly after payment: an instant ZIP download and a Google Drive folder link. If you don't receive access, email us and we'll put it right.
5. Refunds
If you go through the toolkit within 7 days of purchase and feel it wasn't worth it, email us and we'll refund you — no awkward questions. The files remain yours to keep either way.
6. Your licence to use the files
When you buy the toolkit, you get a licence to use and reuse the files for your own Erasmus+ projects — as an individual or within your own organisation — for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the files with people outside your organisation, whether for free or for payment.
7. Intellectual property
All files, text, and design in the toolkit remain the intellectual property of ErasmusToolPack / Pierre Guez. Your purchase grants a licence to use them, not ownership of the underlying work.
8. No affiliation and no guarantee
ErasmusToolPack is an independent product, not affiliated with the European Commission, the Erasmus+ programme, or any National Agency. The toolkit is a set of practical tools designed to help you organise a partner search. It does not guarantee that you will find a partner, secure a partnership, or receive funding — those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
The toolkit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the toolkit. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
