Why it exists
European projects can be incredibly valuable, and incredibly complicated.
Behind every mobility, partnership and final result are hundreds of details that someone must organise, track, produce, review and correct. When that work is poorly managed, a promising project can quickly become a headache for everyone involved.
Having worked on European projects myself, I understand how easily their administrative, operational and communication demands can become overwhelming.
ErasmusToolPack began with a simple ambition: to create practical systems that help coordinators manage this work more clearly, confidently and efficiently.
The experiment
What could one focused project build with AI?
My background in digital marketing and experience working with new technologies led the project in another direction too. ErasmusToolPack became a practical experiment in what one person could research, structure, design and build with the support of AI.
AI supports the production process. The purpose remains human: understand recurring problems, make complicated work clearer and create tools that coordinators can genuinely use.
The answer is still being developed, one practical tool at a time.
